Progress Requires Change

CHANGE...this is the KEY to making progress!!! Having just completed the 3-Day Refresh I'm reminded that sometime we just need to switch things up a little if we want to see progress. With diet, that may mean switching your calories up or down...or adding a little variety to your diet. With fitness, it may involve changing up your routine with more or less cardio or adding more weight or resistance type exercises. However, the important thing to remember is that you must first believe that you need to change before change is possible. Do you believe?
