Asian Stir-Fry


  • 2-3 tbsp. coconut oil

  • 4-6 cloves garlic, chopped

  • 2 medium carrot, cut into thin diagonal slices

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced into squares

  • 2-3 small head bok choy, chopped into bite size chunks

  • 1 tbsp. sesame oil

  • Bragg Liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos, to taste


  • Heat coconut oil in wok/large skillet over high heat.

  • Add garlic and carrots and cook for about a minute (stirring constantly).

  • Add broccoli and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes.

  • Add bell pepper and bok choy.

  • Reduce heat to medium.

  • Cook 2-3 minutes or until tender-crisp.

  • Turn off heat.

  • Add sesame oil and Aminos and mix well.
