Joint Health (Joint Health)If you are like me…and starting to get older, you will notice that we need to be a little more careful with banging around our joints.  Although, I think it is safe to say that we should be careful of our joints no matter how old we are because eventually it will catch up to us.  However, as I start to get older (and hopefully wiser), I have learned that our diets can have a HUGE impact on our health – including joint health.

Unfortunately, the majority of the population tends to eat a diet high in saturated and trans fats and low in fruits, vegetables, and fiber which may trigger the unwanted inflammation we feel in our joints.  Fortunately, there is hope.  If you want to learn more about foods that may help relieve inflammation in your joints or foods that may trigger arthritis in your joints, check out the link below which includes Dr. Andrew Weil’s anti-inflammatory diet.

Have a great day…and as Tony Horton says, “Don’t bang your joints!” :)
