Do you want to strengthen your core and improve flexibility, appearance, and mood? Join me/us for a 30-Day Plank Challenge during the month of September. The plank is one of the best exercises you can do to strengthen your back and abs. Each challenger will gradually increase time in the plank position over the 30 days of the challenge and the goal is to end with a 5 minute plank. Motivation and tips will be provided throughout the 30 days.
