Maple Roasted Pecans

Maple Roasted PecansIngredients:

2 cups chopped pecans (raw)

2 Tbsp. maple syrup (I used organic, Grade B)

Preheat oven to 350°.  Combine pecans and maple syrup in a small bowl and mix to coat pecans.  Spread pecans out on a baking sheet and place in oven.  Bake for approximately 6-8 minutes, or until pecans are fragrant and starting to brown.  Let cool and enjoy pecans as a snack or on a salad.
